መንግስት እየተገበራቸው ያሉ የሪፎርም ስራዎች ኢትዮጵያን ተቀዳሚ የኢንቨስትመንት መዳረሻ እያደረጋት ይገኛል፦አቶ ዘመን ጁነዲ
በኢትዮጵያ ያለውን የዉጭ ቀጥተኛ ኢንቨስትመንት ፍሰት ለማሳደግ በመንግሥት በኩል የተተገበሩት የሪፎርም ስራዎች ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞኖችን ከፍተኛ መዋለ ነዋይ የሚያፈሱ ኢንቨስተሮች መዳረሻ ማድረግ መቻሉን የኢንቨስትመንት ፕሮሞሽንና ማርኬቲንግ ዘርፍ ስራ አስፈፃሚ አቶ ዘመን ጁነዲ ገለፁ ።
ከተለያዩ ግዙፍ የቻይና ኩባንያዎች የተውጣጣና ከ30 በላይ የሚሆኑ የቢዝነስ ልዑካን ቡድን አባላት ለቅድመ ኢንቨስትመንት ምልከታ የቂሊንጦ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞንን ጎብኝተዋል።
ልዑካን ቡድኑን ተቀብለው በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑ ያሉ መሰረተ ልማቶችንና ለኢንቨስተሮች የተዘጋጁ የግንባታ ስፍራዎችን ያስጎበኙት አቶ ዘመን አሁን ላይ በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኖቹ ያለዉ የኢንቨስትመንት ፍሰት ከምንጊዜዉም የላቀ መሆኑን ገልጸዉ በተለይም የትራምፕ አስተዳደር ወደ አሜሪካ ገበያ በሚገቡ ምርቶች ላይ የተገበረዉን የታሪፍ ጭማሪ ተከትሎ ከደቡብ ምስራቅ ኤስያ ሃገራት በተለይም ከቬትናም፤ እንዲሁም ከቻይና፤ ከህንድ እና ከተለያዩ ሃገራት ባለሀብቶች ኢትዮጵያን ቀዳሚ የኢንቨስትመንት መዳረሻ አማራጭ እያደረጉ መሆናቸዉን ገልጸዋል፡፡
በተጨማሪም ባለፉት አምስት አመታት መንግስት የኢንቨስትመንት ምህዳሩን ምቹና ቀልጣፋ ለማድረግ በአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ፤ በአንድ መስኮት አገልግሎት፤ በዉጭ ምንዛሬ አቅርቦትና ሌሎችም አስቻይ ሁኔታዎች ላይ የተደረጉ የተለያዩ ማሻሻያዎችና ማበረታቻዎችን ለኢንቨስትመንት ልኡካን ቡድኑ አብራርተዋል።
ኃላፊዉ አያይዘዉም አሁን ላይ ኮርፖሬሽኑ በሚያስተዳድራቸዉ ልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኖችና የድሬዳዋ ነጻ ንግድ ቀጠና የቻይናዉያን ባለሀብቶች ተሳትፎ በቁጥር አንድነት የሚቀመጥ መሆኑን ገልጸዉ ይህም ኢትዮጵያ ለቻይናዉን ባለሀብቶች ምቹና አዋጭ የኢንቨስትመንት መዳረሻ ስለመሆኗ ሁነኛ ማሳያ ነዉ ብለዋል፡፡
የልኡካን ቡድኑ አባላት በጉብኝታቸዉ በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑ ያለዉ የመሰረተ ልማት አቅርቦት እንዲሁም እንደ አገር በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኖቹ ዉስጥ ያለዉ አስተማማኝ የሃይል አቅርቦትና የኤሌክትሪክ ዋጋዉም ከሌላዉ የአለም ክፍል አኳያ እጅግ አነስተኛ መሆን ከፍተኛ ማበረታቻ መሆኑን አንስተዋል፡፡
የቢዝነስ ልዑካን ቡድኑ አባላት በጨርቃጨርቅ፣ በፋርማሲዩቲካልስና የህክምና መሳሪያዎች ምርት፣ በኬሚካል፣ በኢንዱስትሪ መሠረተ-ልማት፣ በሃይ -ቴክ ፤ በኢንዱስትሪ ማሽነሪዎች ማምረት ዘርፍ የተሰማሩ ሲሆን፣ በእነዚሁ ዘርፎች በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኖች ዉስጥ ያሉትን የኢንቨስትመንት ዕድሎች ለመመልከትና በቀጣይ ኢንቨስት ለማድረግ የሚያስችል የቅድመ ኢንቨስትመንት ጉብኝት በማድረግ ላይ ይገኛሉ፡፡
Ethiopia’s Reforms Make It a Top Investment Destination, Zemen Junedi
Ethiopia’s ongoing government reforms have significantly boosted foreign direct investment (FDI), positioning the country’s Special Economic Zones (SEZs) as prime destinations for high-value investors, according to Mr. Zemen Junedi, IPDC's Chief Officer of Investment Promotion and Marketing.
He said so while explaining Ethiopia's investment climate to Chinese Business Delegation who are in Ethiopia to explores Investment Opportunities in Kilinto SEZ.
The 30-member Chinese business delegation to the Kilinto Special Economic Zone for a pre-investment assessment, represents major Chinese firms across multiple industries.
During the visit, Mr. Zemen highlighted Ethiopia’s growing appeal as a top investment hub, particularly for manufacturers relocating from Southeast Asia due to rising U.S. tariffs.
Following the Trump administration’s increased tariffs on products entering the U.S. market—especially from Vietnam and other Southeast Asian nations—investors from China, India, and beyond are turning to Ethiopia as their preferred investment destination, he said.
Mr. Zemen outlined key reforms implemented over the past five years to improve Ethiopia’s investment landscape, One-stop service centers, improved foreign exchange policies, Reliable and low-cost electricity, Enhanced infrastructure in SEZs to support large-scale manufacturing.
The visiting investors, specializing in textiles, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, industrial infrastructure, high-tech, and machinery manufacturing, expressed strong interest in Ethiopia’s investment potential.
