የኢንቨስትመንት ከባቢውን ምቹና ቀልጣፋ ለማድረግ ባለፉት ዓመታት በመንግስት በኩል በርካታ ተግባራት ተከናውነዋል፦ፍሰሃ ይታገሱ (ዶ/ር)

ባለፉት 5 ዓመታት የኢንቨስትመንት ከባቢውን ለሀገር ውስጥና ለውጭ ባለሀብቶች ምቹና ቀልጣፋ ለማድረግ በመንግስት በኩል በርካታ የሀገር በቀል ሪፎርም ተግባራት መከናወናቸውን የኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚ ፍሰሃ ይታገሱ (ዶ/ር) ገለፁ።

ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚው ይህን የገለፁት በአዲስ አበባ እየተካሄደ በሚገኘዉ 3ኛው "ኢንቨስት ኢትዮጵያ 2025" ዓለም አቀፍ የኢንቨስትመንት ፎረም የፓናል ውይይት ላይ ነው።

ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚው በፓናል ውይይቱ  ላይ እንደገለጹት፤ ባለፉት 5 ዓመታት  የዉጭ ቀጥተኛ ኢንቨስትመንትን ለማሳደግ ፣ የኢንቨስትመንት ዘርፉን ለማነቃቃት የህግ፤የአሰራር፤የመዋቅር ማሻሻያዎችን ጨምሮ ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮችን ወደ ልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞኖች ለማሳደግ የሚያስችል የሀገር በቀል ሪፎርም ከመተግበሩ በተጨማሪ ከዚህ ቀደም ለውጭ ባለሀብቶች ዝግ የነበሩ ዘርፎች ተለይተዉ እንዲሳተፉ ተደርጓል ብለዋል።

በልዩ የኢኮኖሚ ዞኖች በአንድ መስኮት አገልግሎት ያለውን  የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ዘመናዊነት እንዲሁም አጠቃላይ የኢንቨስትመንት እንቅስቃሴን አስመልክቶ በአግሮ ፕሮሰሲንግ፤በፋርማሲዩቲካል፤በቴክስታይልና ጋርመንት እና በሌሎችም  ዘርፎች ያሉ ምቹ ሁኔታዎችን ዶ/ር ፍሰሃ አንስተዋል።

3ኛው "ኢንቨስት ኢትዮጵያ 2025" ዓለም አቀፍ የኢንቨስትመንት ፎረም  ከግንቦት 4-5/2017ዓ.ም ከፍተኛ የመንግስት ባለስልጣናት፤ባለድርሻ አካላት፤ዓለም ዓቀፍ የቢዝነስ ተቋማትና ኩባንያ ተወካዮች በተገኙበት  በአዲስ አበባ በመካሄድ ላይ ይገኛል።

Government Takes Bold Steps to Enhance Investment Environment in Ethiopia: Feseha Yitagesu (PhD)

The Ethiopian government has implemented several bold reform programs over the past five years to create a more conducive and efficient investment environment for both local and foreign investors, said Feseha Yitagesu (PhD), CEO of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation.

Dr. Feseha made the remarks during a panel discussion at the 3rd Invest Ethiopia 2025 International Investment Forum, currently underway in Addis Ababa.

He explained that, in a bid to boost foreign direct investment and stimulate economic growth, the government has introduced legal, operational, and structural reforms. These include transforming industrial parks into special economic zones and opening previously restricted sectors to foreign investors.

Dr. Feseha also highlighted the modernization of service delivery within these zones through the implementation of one-stop-shop services. He emphasized the favorable investment conditions now available in key sectors such as agro-processing, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and garments.

The 3rd Invest Ethiopia 2025 International Investment Forum is being held in Addis Ababa from May 12–13, 2025. The event has drawn the participation of senior government officials, key stakeholders, and representatives from international companies.
