የማላዊ አምባሳደር የቦሌ ለሚ ልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞንን ጎበኙ

በኢትዮጵያ የማላዊ አምባሳደር ኪዋሊ ሚሲካ የተመራ የልዑካን ቡድን የቦሌ ለሚ ልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞንን የሥራ እንቅስቃሴ ጎበኘ።

የልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑ ሥራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ትንሳኤ ይማም በአምባሳደሩ ለተመራው የልዑካን ቡድን አባላት አቀባበል ያደረጉ ሲሆን፣ በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑ ስለሚከናወኑ የሥራ እንቅስቃሴዎች ገለጻ አድርገዋል።

አቶ ትንሳኤ እንደገለጹት፣ ቦሌ ለሚ ልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞን በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች ልማት ኮርፖሬሽን አልምቶ ከሚስተዳድራቸው 14 ልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኖችና ኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮች አንዱ ነው። በአሁኑ ወቅትም በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑ ከ33 ሺህ በላይ ዜጎች ቋሚ የሥራ ዕድል እንዳገኙ አብራርተዋል።

የልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑን የሥራ እንቅስቃሴ በመዘዋወር የጎበኙት አምባሳደር ኪዋሊ ሚሲካ በበኩላቸው፣ በቦሌ ለሚ ልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞን ያደረጉት ጉብኝት እጅግ ጠቃሚ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል። ሀገራቸው በተመሳሳይ ዘርፍ ለምታካሂደው ልማትም ከኢትዮጵያ ልምድ መቅሰም ጠቃሚ መሆኑን ጠቁመዋል።

ጉብኝቱ ለማላዊ ልዑካን ቡድን አባላት የልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኑን እንቅስቃሴዎች በቀጥታ ለመመልከትና ኢትዮጵያ በኢንዱስትሪ ፓርኮችና በልዩ ኢኮኖሚ ዞኖች ልማትና አስተዳደር ያካበተችውን ልምድ በተግባር ለመገንዘብ እድል ፈጥሯል።

Malawi Ambassador Visits Bole Lemi Special Economic Zone

Malawi’s Ambassador to Ethiopia, Khwauli B. Msiska, and a delegation accompanying him visited the Bole Lemi Special Economic Zone (SEZ) to learn about its operations and industrial activities.

The delegation was welcomed by the General Manager of Bole Lemi Special Economic Zone, Mr. Tinsae Yemam, who provided an overview of the zone’s operations, achievements, and contribution to employment and industrial development.

During the visit, Mr. Tinsae explained that Bole Lemi SEZ is one of 14 special economic zones and industrial parks developed and administered by the Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC).

He further noted that the zone has created permanent employment opportunities for more than 33,000 citizens, highlighting its significant contribution to Ethiopia’s industrialization and job creation efforts.

Ambassador Khwauli B. Msiska, for his part, said that his visit to Bole Lemi Special Economic Zone had been an eye-opening experience. He further noted that it would be beneficial for Malawi to draw lessons from Ethiopia’s experience in developing and managing industrial parks and special economic zones.

The visit provided the Malawian delegation with an opportunity to observe the activities of the Special Economic Zone firsthand and gain insights into Ethiopia’s experience in developing and managing industrial parks and special economic zones.
