IPDC First Quarter Performance Evaluation Discussion

IPDC should act with determination to make the fiscal year effective by identifying gaps, working with focus, and building the capacity of leaders and employees with knowledge.

The Industrial Parks Development Corporation held a discussion on the performance of the plan for the first quarter of the 2015 fiscal year in Adama city for two days.

CEO of the corporation, Mr. Sandokan Debebe, Deputy Chief Executives Mr. Shiferaw Solomon and Mr. Addisu Mamo, Chiff of staff Mr. Fitsum Ketema, head office department heads and managers of all 13 industrial parks attended the discussion.

Mr. Sandokan Debebe, CEO of IPDC who gave the opening speech at the forum, pointed out that the corporation should work with determination to make the fiscal year successful by identifying gaps, working with focus, and building the capacity of employees and Leaders with knowledge.

Mr. Sandokan said that such forums are important to meet with all the leaders, to see and evaluate our work in depth, and to make the next working period more effective.

In the forum, the first quarter performance of the Industrial Parks Operations Sector, Corporate Resource Management Sector, Industrial Parks Development Sector, Design and Contract Management Department, Industrial Projects Service, Information Technology and Marketing and Communication Department was presented in detail by the leaders and heads of each department.

Mr. Sandokan Debebe, CEO of IPDC, gave detailed comments on the performance reports presented by each sector and department. 

Additionally Various comments and questions were raised by the audience on each of the performance reports presented and extensive discussions were held on the two days.

Finally, discussion was held on the main areas of focus that the corporation plans to implement in the coming months, and the CEO of the corporation Mr. Sandokan Debebe, in his closing speech, wished a good and productive working time and gave direction to all the leaders for the future implementation of the corporation plan.
